Before Booking: Please provide accurate and complete travel details to ensure convenience and the best possible experience for all passengers. Reservations will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Service Availability: Our services are available daily without interruption. However, advance booking of at least 24 hours is required. We strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Coverage includes Bangkok and surrounding provinces, with additional charges for long-distance travel.
Service Rates & Inclusions: Our service includes premium airport transfers with professional chauffeurs, a personal representative, fuel costs, expressway tolls, complimentary bottled water, and refreshing towels to ensure a comfortable journey.
Additional Charges: Extra services such as VIP Fast Track and Buggy Service require at least 72 hours’ notice. Car Seat Service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges will be communicated before confirmation.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card through our secure payment system, ensuring maximum convenience and security.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Please note that cancellations and refunds are not permitted. As a premium service provider, we require advance planning to ensure seamless operations.
