Arrival Passenger Pick-up - Suvarnabhumi Airport

Our representative will be holding a sign to welcome passengers at the Arrival Hall, 2nd Floor, Gate 3, near the Tourism Information Counter (TAT) at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Please provide the flight details and the message you would like displayed on the sign.

Arrival Passenger Pick-up - Don Mueang Airport

For international flights: Our representative will be holding a sign to welcome passengers at the exit, 1st Floor, Gate 5, inside the terminal.

For domestic flights: Our representative will be holding a sign to welcome passengers at the exit, 1st Floor, Gate 12, inside the terminal.

Please note: If you are not registered as a company or organization, please provide your full name in the "Anything Else We Should Know?" field. This will allow us to prepare the required documents and tax invoices in compliance with applicable regulations.

Rental Conditions for Chauffeured Toyota Commuter

  • Professional drivers with English communication skills.

  • First-class insurance covering both passengers and property inside the vehicle.

  • Fuel, toll fees, and parking fees are included within the designated route.

  • The service is limited to 10 hours per day.

  • Additional charges of 300 THB/hour will apply for overtime, applicable uniformly to all types of services unless stated otherwise.

Prohibited Actions When Using Toyota Commuter Chauffeur Service

  1. No Smoking Inside the Vehicle: To maintain cleanliness and avoid inconvenience for future passengers.

  2. No Pets Allowed Without Prior Permission: To prevent damage or discomfort to other passengers.

  3. No Consumption of Strong-Smelling Food or Beverages: Such as seafood or acidic drinks, to keep the car fresh and pleasant.

  4. No Vandalism or Damage to Vehicle Equipment: Including seats, windows, or other accessories.

  5. No Illegal Activities: Such as transporting prohibited goods or engaging in unlawful actions.

  6. No Pressuring or Threatening the Driver to Break Traffic Rules: For example, demanding overspeeding or reckless driving.

  7. No Loud Noises or Disruptive Behavior Inside the Vehicle: To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

  8. No Leaving Children Unattended in the Vehicle: For their safety and protection.

  9. No Hazardous Materials Allowed: Including flammable substances or items that could harm the vehicle or passengers.

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, THAITAXISERVICES reserves the right to refuse service or impose fines in accordance with the established policies.
